Sometimes we forget to ask for help. Perhaps that is just me?
Recently, I was hardcore struggling with a tech issue. The issue was getting video content from my iPhone to Mac. I had Googled and searched and fought and fought.
It was taking me hours to transfer a 3-minute video. That is FRIGGIN INSANE FOLKS!
Nothing was working!
I couldn't solve the problem. Finally, I went to try the same media transfer on my wife's new iMac Pro, and it worked perfectly.
My heart sank.
At this point, I was starting to think that my Mac Pro was just too old. It runs so perfectly in every aspect other than this though.
Why just this?
Do I need a new computer?
Do I need to haul everything to the Apple store?
I do ️  going to the Apple Store so maybe not the worst thing. Wait time! Wasting even more time is terrible.
Up until this point, I had been trying to troubleshoot this problem all on my own. Then I remembered that I have a tech goddess of a friend.
I sent a text saying, "I need tech help."
She was on it. She understood the problem and then said the perfect words. She said, "run a diagnostics test on your machine."
Hot damn!
That did it, folks.
Now videos are transferring in a matter of minutes instead of hours.
Sometimes we go stuck in our universe, and we forget to ask for help. Don't do that. Trust me; people want to help you. We humans like to feel useful.  We are not alone!
So, if I can help you, please let me know! Email me. I am here for you.
